- How much does Drag and Fire cost?
- There are two versions of Drag and Fire, Lite and Deluxe. The lite version is free , you can use it at home or work free of charge. The Deluxe version, which includes additional features, is free for a 30 day trial, after which a payment of of $29.95 is required. See PRODUCTS for a comparison of features.
- How many menus can be created with Drag and Fire?
- You can create as many as you choose.
- How many tabs can be created within a menu?
- There is no limit.
- How many buttons can be placed under a tab?
- Drag and Fire allow 50 buttons per tab. Should you need more than 50 buttons perhaps it would be best to add an additional tab and subdivide the buttons.
- How many web sites can be assigned to a tab in Drag and Fire (Deluxe)?
- There is no limit.

- When I drag a short cut to Drag and Fire the button does not open.
- Some short cuts (like Word, Excel, Etc) use a Guid, a long number, to point to the program executable. This type of executable cannot be dragged and dropped using Drag and Fire. Solutions include - use the Auto Menu Setup routine which searches out the executable files on your PC, or use the Windows Explorer routine to build a list of all .exe files which can then be selected for creating a button. In the Deluxe version you can perform a File Search for the .exe file and then drag and drop it onto Drag and Fire.
- How do I show the Web sites in the Deluxe version?
- If the lower window is not open press F12 to Display or click on Show.
- The Show - Hide and other labels are not displayed on the Main Menu. How do I get them back?
- You can resize Drag and Fire by using your mouse. Just place the mouse on the edge of the Drag and Fire window. When the cursor display a two headed arrow press the mouse and drag the window to make it larger. The labels will reappear.
- After running auto menu setup the processing window disappears but Drag and Fire seems to freeze. What happened?
- Click the DragandFire Icon on the bottom of the screen and the Program Selection Window will appear.
